We ask that you bring all prescription medication(s) with you to your appointment, even if it was prescribed by another physician. If appropriate, please request all refills of continuous medicines during your appointment.
If your prescription expires prior to your next appointment, please contact us. Generally, we can request that a prescription is refilled at your pharmacy, which may take 24 hours or more depending on the day of the week. Triplicate prescriptions need to be picked up at our office. Controlled prescriptions need at least a three-month interval follow-up visit.
Request a Prescription Refill Online
You may also request prescription refills easily and quickly through the Patient Portal on this website. You can even view your medication, dosage information, test results and upcoming appointment times.
Log into your Patient Portal account, and under the Health Summary tab, scroll down to Medications. Next, click on Request Refill, and send us your request.
If you are not enrolled in the Patient Portal yet, you can do so by filling out a Patient Portal form in our office.
